1. Wholesale Pricing & RFQ
All prices provided on this portal or via proforma invoices are strictly wholesale trade rates. Quotations are provided on an FOB (Nhava Sheva/Mundra Port, India) or CIF basis and remain valid for 30 calendar days due to fluctuations in metal raw-material costs.
2. Production Lead Times & Deposits
Our standard production lead time is 45 to 60 days from sample confirmation and receipt of the 30% advance deposit. VISBA EXPORTS shall not be held liable for customs delays or ocean carrier disruptions outside our direct control.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom product structures, dye drawings, website catalogs, photography, and text content displayed on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of VISBA EXPORTS. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the trade laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from wholesale contracts, metallurgy specs, or cargo claims shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
